Part 2: Registration & Setup

Starting with MoveDrop is simple. Follow these steps to register and connect your store so you can begin sourcing and selling products globally.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  • Go to the registration page: https://my.movedrop.global/registration

  • Fill in your details:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Business/Brand Name

    • Website URL (Shopify / WordPress preferred)

    • Phone Number

  • Submit the form and confirm your email (if prompted).

✅ Once registered, you’ll have access to the MoveDrop dashboard.

Step 2: Connect Your Store

For Shopify:

  1. Go to your MoveDrop Dashboard → Channels

  2. Select Shopify

  3. Authorize your Shopify store by logging in with your admin credentials

  4. Your store will now be synced with MoveDrop

For WooCommerce (WordPress):

  1. Go to your MoveDrop Dashboard → Channels

  2. Select WooCommerce

  3. Authorize your WordPress store (no extra plugin required)

  4. Your store will be connected to MoveDrop

Step 3: Dashboard Overview

After setup, you’ll see your main dashboard where you can:

Part 3: Product Sourcing & Listing

Once your MoveDrop account is connected to Shopify or WooCommerce, you can easily source and list products from 1688, Taobao, and other Chinese platforms directly into your store.

Step 1: Search or Paste Product Link

  • Search by keyword (e.g., “shirt”) in the MoveDrop dashboard.

  • Or simply paste a direct product link from 1688/Taobao.

Step 2: Select Your Product

  • Choose a product from the results or pasted link.

  • Click on List to start customizing before publishing to your store.

Step 3: Customize Product Details

  • Channel Selection: Choose Shopify or WooCommerce.

  • Title: Edit the product title to make it SEO-friendly and attractive.

  • Categories & Tags: Assign categories for better store organization.

Step 4: Set Variants & Pricing

  • Add/edit sizes, colors, and SKUs.

  • Input your selling price and update with bulk pricing if needed.

  • Choose the shipping country (e.g., China ➝ Australia) and method (YunExpress, MoveOn Global, etc.).

  • System auto-calculates: Product cost + Shipping cost = Your total price.

Step 5: Add Product Media

  • Select product images/videos from the supplier.

  • Upload your own branded photos if you prefer.

  • Choose the default image for your store listing.

Step 6: Write Product Description

  • MoveDrop pulls supplier specifications automatically.

  • Edit and rewrite the description to match your branding.

  • Highlight materials, sizes, style, and shipping details for customer trust.

Step 7: Publish to Store

  • Once ready, click List.

  • The product instantly appears in your Shopify/WooCommerce store with your chosen title, images, price, and shipping details.

Part 4: Order Management & Fulfillment

Once products are listed in your store and orders start coming in, MoveDrop ensures the entire process — from order import to final delivery — is smooth and transparent.

Step 1: Order Import

  • Customer places an order in your Shopify or WooCommerce store.

  • The order automatically syncs into your MoveDrop Dashboard → Orders → Channel Orders.

  • Status shows as Imported.

Step 2: Add Customer Address

  • Click on the order and add/update the customer’s delivery address.

  • Choose Delivery Option:

    • Courier (for direct delivery).

    • Destination Warehouse Pickup (if available).

Step 3: Select Shipping Method

  • Choose from available shipping partners (MoveOn Global, YunExpress, AB Express Cargo).

  • Shipping options display delivery time + price per kg.

Example:

  • MoveOn Global Air Cargo: $6.48/kg (10–15 days)

  • YunExpress Direct: $6.65/kg (6–12 days)

Step 4: Confirm & Pay

  • After selecting shipping, you’ll see the updated order cost breakdown.
