China ➝ Bangladesh Full Delivery Workflow (MoveDrop)

📦 Step 1: Order Placement

• The customer places an order on your Shopify / WooCommerce store.

• The order is instantly synced into the MoveDrop system.

🛒 Step 2: Product Purchase from China

• MoveDrop team/system purchases the product directly from 1688 / Taobao / other Chinese platforms.

• Your order status updates to Purchased / Approved.

🏭 Step 3: Supplier to China Warehouse

• Supplier sends the product to the MoveDrop China Warehouse.

• Products are checked and processed at the warehouse.

✈️ Step 4: International Shipping (China ➝ Bangladesh)

• Products are shipped to Bangladesh via Cargo (Air/Sea).

• Customs clearance is completed.

📍 Step 5: Arrival at Bangladesh Warehouse

• Shipment arrives at the Bangladesh Warehouse.

• Sorting, packaging, and final delivery preparations are done here.

🚚 Step 6: Last Mile Delivery (3 Options)

1. Office Pickup – Collect directly from the Bangladesh Warehouse.

2. Direct Delivery – If full payment has been collected from the customer, the product will be delivered directly to the customer’s address.

3. COD Model (Upcoming) – Partial advance + remaining balance via Cash on Delivery (COD). You can add your own Courier Gateway in MoveDrop, and the COD collection will go directly to you.

🎉 Step 7: Delivered to Customer

• The customer receives the product ✅

• Status is updated in the system: Delivered.
